How long do your Corporate pamper parties last?

Duration depends on the type of package purchased. The minimum package duration is 2 hours (Bronze) and the maximum 4 hours (Gold).

Which areas do you cover ?

We cover areas in London, Kent and Essex. However please note that travel outside London will incur extra travel costs. You will be notified of the amount of this fee in advance.

How many guests can I invite?

There is a maximum of four bookings per hour (15 minute slots) and a minimum of two (25 minute slots). Cost of the package is based on the total booking duration, not the number of slots filled, and cannot be refunded if there are last-minute individual cancellations.

Are there any age restrictions?

We currently only offer our corporate pamper packages to people over the age of 16.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

No. All we require is a specially designated area for the treatments (ideally quiet, warm and well-ventilated), and chairs or sofas for the therapists and the individuals receiving the treatment.

How much room do you need?

There will need to be enough room for at least four chairs and a couple of small tables to hold various forms and leaflets.

How can I book?

Simply complete the booking request form and submit. Once we confirm date and time availability we will supply you with a contract, which outlines all the details of your booking, and an invoice. We will also ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure the booking, payable within 3 days of the booking. If we do not receive the deposit within 3 days your booking will be cancelled.

What happens next?

Three weeks before the event we will ask you to let us know about the session bookings so that we can arrange your appointment schedule(s) and will confirm the remainder of your balance. You will also need to provide us with all necessary information relating to the attendees and inform us of all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at your premises.

What should I tell my guests to wear?

We advise that you wear comfortable clothing. Shoes, socks and tights will need to be removed, but otherwise guests are fully dressed.

Do we have to buy products from you?

No. We do not try to sell any of our products at corporate pamper parties.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule the booking you must call Tekla or Louisa at least 7 days before the scheduled day of the event. Please note that in the event of cancellation you will forfeit the deposit of £50. Should you cancel or reschedule the booking in less than 7 days of the booking then you will be liable to pay the full charge of the booking.
